The EcoOnline group is excited about the opportunities that responsibly used artificial intelligence and other automated technologies (AI) can unlock, allowing us to bring ever better solutions to our customers. One of the ways in which we are using AI is in the content and outputs of our products, services and this website (Deliverables). 

Your use of our products and services 

By using EcoOnline’s products and services, you are agreeing to our use of AI and accept that we cannot guarantee the accuracy of our AI-generated Deliverables. If you do not agree, you should not use the AI-generated content or AI-capable functions in our products and services. 

Measures we take 

We take measures to ensure that Deliverables produced by AI technology are of the highest possible quality, but AI is not perfect and we cannot guarantee accuracy of the Deliverables which have been wholly or partly generated by AI.

We do not endorse or take responsibility for any decisions that you make based on AI-generated Deliverables.

Limitation of our liability 

Subject to applicable laws, we disclaim any and all liability arising out of your use of Deliverables which have been generated in whole or in part using AI.  

We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or connected to the use of AI-generated Deliverables. 

We disclaim any responsibility for the consequences of decisions made based on AI-produced Deliverables.
