Empowering partners with comprehensive product access, robust training, and dynamic revenue opportunities across the EcoOnline safety and sustainability suite to accelerate business growth and customer value

LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM – October 10, 2024
– EcoOnline, a leading SaaS technology company for chemical safety, EHS and ESG, today announces the launch of its Partner Programme, empowering partners with a flexible, solution-driven framework designed to help them scale and adapt to meet their clients’ specific needs. The programme provides structured training, certification, and operational support, along with compelling commercial benefits ensuring partners are equipped to deliver tangible results and long-term customer value.

A Programme Built for Measurable Impact
Developed in response to feedback from existing partners, the EcoOnline Partner Programme goes beyond traditional vendor offerings by focusing on clear, measurable joint value creation in common customer scenarios. Partners will receive the same structured training and enablement as EcoOnline employees through the Partner Academy.

As Nicholas Graham, Managing Director at Safety Risk Management commented, “We are thrilled to be part of EcoOnline’s Partner Programme. Unlike other vendor programmes, which can sometimes feel like they lack substance, this programme promises real, tangible outcomes for us and our customers. The structured training and support through the Partner Academy are exactly what our teams need to set customers up for success and ensure seamless delivery from start to finish.”

Expanding Access to EcoOnline's Full Product Suite
A major benefit of the Partner Programme is its ability to grant partners full access to EcoOnline’s comprehensive range of solutions, including EHS (environment, health and safety), ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), and Chemical Management. This creates new opportunities for partners by empowering them to broaden their service offerings, tailor solutions across diverse industries, and meet a wider range of client needs.

Gary Patrick from QSM Group expressed enthusiasm about this: “We’ve worked with EcoOnline for years in the EHSQ space, but being part of the new Partner Programme will give us access to their entire product portfolio, which will make a huge difference. This programme will enable us to drive real, immediate impact for our customers.”

Diverse Models for Partner Engagement

The Partner Programme offers a range of engagement models tailored to different partner types and business strategies. They allow partners to align with EcoOnline’s solutions in ways that best suit their own goals, helping them deliver exceptional value to their clients. The partnership models include Value-Added Resellers (with silver, gold and platinum tiers), Associate Partners, Strategic Alliances, Technical Alliances and Managed Services Providers.

“We’ve designed the EcoOnline Partner Programme to deliver real value for our partners,” said Gareth Palmer, SVP Channel Partnerships & Alliances at EcoOnline. “By listening closely to their needs, we’ve built a programme that provides the tools, knowledge, and product access necessary to create measurable impact.”

Driving Global Expansion and Future Growth
With 62 active international partners preparing for the programme’s launch, EcoOnline is set to further extend its reach in the coming months. This will include the introduction of new tools, such as a self-service partner portal, and active participation in EcoOnline’s global sales and customer events. The programme plays a key role in EcoOnline’s strategy to increase partner-driven revenue to 15% next year, with a focus on regions including ANZ, Asia, and the Middle East.

Visit the EcoOnline partner hub to learn how the programme can help you expand your offerings and drive real results for your clients.
