Summary

Available on-demand

Duration: 1 hour

Overview

A key goal for health and safety professionals, is creating a workplace that encourages all employees to participate in OHS.

In an ideal world, all stakeholders, employees, and management would immediately see the value of improved safety processes. However, unfortunately, this is often not the case and workforce buy-in can be low. Getting employees involved and caring about safety in the workplace is key for many H&S managers today. So how can you encourage people to engage in your safety system?

Is this judged by conforming to safety rules, regardless of the situation? Or is it about empowering employees to contribute to safety processes?

The aim of this webinar is to give you some real actionable advice on getting staff and management on side, helping you create a sustainable safety culture in your workplace.

Topics covered during the webinar will include:

  • How to create the right environment for safety engagement
  • Learn the benefits that an engaged workforce can bring to your business
  • See how the right technology can facilitate employee engagement
  • Learn how to communicate the value of an engaged workforce to senior management
